Being in the industry for 35 years, I cannot emphasize enough on the fact that, to succeed in hospitality, students & employees should be continually trained in their relationship with the guest, in the development of the knowledge and skills they need, to ensure continuous improvement of service quality. We are responsible for creating training tools and delivering training programs on hospitality operations and customer service. We train with proper demonstration of work techniques in practical settings. Our USP is our hands-on experience in the industry which, we keep updating ourselves according to the new trends in the industry.
Our trainers have a combination of practical experience, excellent communication skills and positive customer service attitude. Being graduated from one of the leading catering colleges from New Delhi, I was privileged to work with leading hotels like Oberois and Taj . I also have many individual hotels to my credit which have been shaped from project stage to getting it branded and taking over operations.
We have strong presentation skills and understand adult learning patterns to deliver effective training programs.

Ms.Abirami Iyer
An outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic professional
She constantly implements new ideas for the growth of the Company. Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, she has got the art of managing multiple priorities at the same time.
An energetic individual who tirelessly ensures high standards of customer care and guest satisfaction within established quality standards.
Administration and social networking are few of her strengths. She is also very active in branding Raj Hospitality. She is impeccable in planning and coordinating company events and teamwork activities. Last but not the least, her acclaimed vocabulary has put her in good light to manage media for the company.

Ms Keertna Iyer : An energetic, passionate, young self-motivated hotelier, she is extensively involved and currently leading the young SKAL Trivandrum as the president. With her advisory and leadership skills, she actively plans and guides the team in promoting Kerala Tourism. She develops unique and imaginative ideas and turns them into reality. Being graduated from IHM Trivandrum, she is coupled with formal education and training in the hospitality industry.
Currently, being the Executive Placements at RAJ Academy, she always strives to improve the Industry – Institute relationship. Her dedication, attitude and the complete involvement helps in achieving 100% placement for the students. With her dedicated industry experience, she serves as the point of contact with the reputed organizations’ across the country for arranging campus interviews. She arranges and coordinates various programmes, that aim at moulding the students so as to meet the industry expectations, and to produce the most competitive graduates to fit in all scenario of the job market and overseeing the process to its end which in turn bring laurels to the institution.

Mr Saneesh Sajeev
An enthusiastic,qualified and dynamic business management and marketing professional with strategic thinking and entrepreneurial eye that is constantly looking for creative methods to improve the way businesses make decisions.
His multilinguistic skills and the expertise in handling and convincing the people across the globe have made him an accomplished professional in achieving the targets across the assignments and bringing growth in the business.
With over 8 years of extensive professional experience, servicing industries such as automobile, healthcare and education in South Asia and the Middle East.

Ms. Priyadarshini Raghavan
She is Dynamic, Confident with highly effective and creative leadership skills. She has been in the Hospitality sector for a decade now. She has remarkable experience at various positions related to Human resources both India and abroad.
She has held Management positions in various properties of Raj Hospitality and has proved her mettle as a go-getter. She understands the needs of business practically and is excellent in prioritising the demands, time-management and multitasking. She oversees the corporate affairs of the company and all aspects of People Management to set the tone in accordance with company’s mission/vision statements . People Management and raising staff morale through counselling sessions and motivating talks comes easily to her. She hones staffs’ soft skills on Customer Service, Communication, English grammar, Telephone Etiquette and is a good mentor.
