What is food and beverage certificate course?

Certificate in Food and Beverage Service is a diploma certificate course which is conducted for duration of 6 months. The course is specialized in training the students in areas of Hospitality services, customer care, food handling, food order taking, room service, banqueting, outdoor catering, food safety, knowledge on nutrition.

Additionally, the course also teaches students on the food production management, FSSAI, HACCP, food hygiene accounting, cost control, supply management, personality management, grooming standards, customer care etc.

Certificate will be awarded upon completion of the course, campus interview will be conducted so the graduates can find employment in 5 star hotels or resorts, restaurants, fast food chains, cafeterias, schools, hospitals, food production units, cruise ships etc.
